USED & TAKE OFF PARTS FOR SALE

Our shipping policies are listed below:
We ship small items UPS, or you can arrange your own shipping if you like. There are no handling or boxing charges on most small items. Shipping costs what it costs, we don't mark it up.
If you need a shipping quote to consider your purchase go to UPS.com. Our zip code is 04841. The weight of the item will sometimes be in the ebay listing if applicable.
If parts are collected at ECR 5% Maine sales tax will apply, even if you live out of state.
For larger items, such as gearboxes, transfer cases, frames, axles, body panels (or any other large, heavy or oddball shaped items that we feel falls outside of UPS's normal size stipulations, or that we don't feel like boxing) you will need to arrange your own truck freight or other carrier. In cases of heavy items we will strap that item to a pallet and load it into a truck for you at no additional charge. That is all.
If the item needs to be crated we do not do that. Crates and shipping would then need to be handled by another party.
We do not arrange, quote or handle any outgoing truck freight.
We do not quote overseas or out of country shipping.
This works better for you because you can shop for the best deal. Remember if you ship via truck freight it is cheaper to have the item delivered to a business, not a residence.
We will strap the item to a pallet and load it into the truck at no extra charge, nothing more.
These used parts are sold no reserve blow out prices, and at those prices you don't get full service retail customer service. Sorry, but its just the truth.
If you need some good stuff cheap, we might have it. If you want customer service we suggest you contact Rovers North or another source that is better set up for retail mail order.
Saying you'll take something is not the same as paying for it.
If you want the part, please call Holly here at ECR and arrange payment. Everything is sold on a first paid, first served basis.
Used and take off items are sold off to make room in our shop. They need to be collected or shipped out promptly. They can not remain at ECR for later collection.
Payment can be made by Cash, Check, Visa/ Master Card or Pay-Pal. If paying by check all funds must clear before item(s) will be released.
If you call us with a credit card to secure an item it may take us some time to get it shipped out. We do not charge your credit card until the item is boxed and ready to ship. So please do not call and say, "I paid for it a week ago" because you actually didn't. You may have given us your credit card information, but we will not have charged your carrd until we have our part of the transaction complete, we think that is only fair because we are busy and it does take time to ship things sometimes.
