MXTR002 Phase 1 (repairs and upgrades)

After a few years on Nantucket Manxter #2 is back for a rebuild (Phase 3). This Manxter was originally built in CA. We did some upgrades over the last few years, but not the original build, and that is the problem. The original build quality was poor. We will now take it completely apart and build it up so that will stand up to the salt air and island environment and be reliable... the ECR way.
