1965 Series IIA 109" 12 passenger StationWagon
This one owner Rover (really!) was picked up at the factory in theUK. Driven basically around the world a few times, then as it started torust it was put in a barn for years. Now the owner has decided to give ita second chance at life, and it will now go through a complete refurbishmentat ECR with some modern upgrades and a galv. coil chassis! This 109 even has a factory installed PTO hydraulic winch.

New galv. coil chassis ready for the original drive line and body.

Body removed from he rusted chassis for the coil frame swap process.

Along with the new galv. chassis we have to fix all the other common 109Station Wagon rust. Here the bulkhead has been removed and needs to be putthrough our bulkhead restoration process. (Notice Allen's head is clearlyvisible right through the floor board!)

With the rusty bulkhead and door supports removed there isn't much left. The new panels will be put through the paint shop to match the originalcolor and reassembled as the mechanical work on the engine and PTO winchcontinue.

With the new door supports, restored bulkhead and the rest of the frameand drive line assembled this one owner 109 is starting to look good again.(Notice the restored bulkhead, rust free). Now back together and rust free, this 109 12 seater Station Wagon is ready for another trip around the world. This time with a galv. frame, Defender 110 axles, 4 wheel power disc brakes and more.
